Family owned and operated
OnTime Promo & Apparel is a family-owned and operated business. When you work with us, you’re not a ticket number. You’re working with people who treat every order like their own name is on it.
Our story
- 2007: Ben, John and Frank start the company as Milwaukee Custom Graphics, LLC, running a full-service print shop out of Ben’s condo.
- 2009: We buy our first screen printing setup, a manual press and a small dryer, and soon add an automatic press.
- 2010: Production moves to Whitewater, WI, and we expand into embroidery.
- 2015: We open locations in West Allis and Bay View.
- 2020: We move to a new facility in New Berlin. In August we merge with Raven Services.
- 2021: We expand to a second New Berlin facility.
- 2026: We move to one large facility in New Berlin.
Today a crew of over 20 people runs some of the best screen printing and embroidery equipment in the industry. We couldn’t do it without them.
